1. Conditions of Participation
Each new member must carefully read and accept the rules and operating conditions of the website during the registration process as well as when posting ads to supply or demand devices. If you do not agree with the rules and operating conditions of the site please do not register as members / users.
2. iwant2.gr as a medium of exchange
Summary
The site functions as a service platform between sellers and buyers of used electronic devices and is not, at any point, of its processes and use, involved in the communication and / or transactions between buyers and sellers. As a result, iwant2.gr, does not and cannot acquire or vouch for the quality control, safety or legality of registered items, the accuracy of the description and the ability of sellers to sell and buyers to buy. iwant2.gr cannot ensure or guarantee that a buyer or seller will complete a transaction in which it participates.
Listings of products which are pirated copies or imitations of the originals are strictly forbidden and will be deleted immediately with no prior notice.
Shops, businesses in general and any legal entity, incorporated or not, do not by any means, qualify as rightful users of iwant2.gr which is intended solely for interpersonal transactions.
If ad entries / listings of the aforementioned types are found, iwant2.gr, unilaterally reserves the right to immediate cancellation of those entries / listings without prior and or further notice.
